WILL I MEET MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT IN PERSON?

I work remotely and am happy to arrange a face to face zoom or google meet call. If I am in your area then I can meet face-face for an inital meeting. Otherwise, I am happy to keep it simple with a phone call with future clients as needed.

CAN MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT WORK ON HOLIDAYS, WEEKENDS, OR AFTER-HOURS?

My working hours are currently:

Mon - Tues 9am - 11am & 5pm - 8pm

Wed - Thurs 5:30pm - 8:30pm

Fri - 7am-8:30am

(These timings will change to day time hours later in the year)

I am able to offer small amounts of time at the weekend, in urgent circumstnces. However, this would be charged at a different rate.

What will I be charged?

My current charges are at a rate of £30 per hour. I can work in half hour increments if preferred. We can also increase or decrease the amount of time required at regular reviews. I use TogglTrack so that you can see exactly how much time I have spent on your tasks. If you would like to secure my time each week I will charge a retainer at the beginning of the month.
